The service from the company was top-notch. They called at the promised time. Their team was both helpful and quick. Building the conservatory was a bit tricky, but it all fit together perfectly, like a jigsaw. I'm really happy with it. After being disappointed by a nearby company, Conservatoryland really came through for me right away. They made sure nothing was too much hassle.

Awesome shopping journey. It took just about 6-8 weeks from placing the order to getting everything done. The setup took 3 days. Way less hassle for the family. The quality of the products and the installation service were top-notch.

The service was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. Niall, our sales rep, was super helpful and patiently answered a ton of questions - never once did he come off as pushy or overly salesy. The prices were awesome, but we really hit the jackpot with the Black Friday Sale, making it feel almost unreal. We didn’t have enough in our renovation budget to put up a new conservatory, so the financing options from Conservatoryland were like a dream realized, allowing us to upgrade key areas of our home while also adding a brand new conservatory. After moving into our place, we found the old conservatory was leaking and in bad shape, but now the new one really enhances the house and looks stunning from the outside! Darren Woolley and his crew were amazing! They started early each day and kept us in the loop the whole time. They took down the old conservatory in just one day and had the new one up in 2.5 days... I honestly didn’t think that was doable! My only small gripe with Conservatoryland is that I wasn’t informed the flooring was just chipboard - I reckon that should be clearer when you order. But overall, great product, the best fitter (Darren), and excellent service all around. We’re planning to order another one next year for the back of our house.

I was never pushed into making a purchase and I definitely don’t regret it. Every staff member I interacted with was super helpful. The quality of the conservatory is top-notch, and the installers were both courteous and efficient. It’s been almost 4 years since mine was set up, and I haven’t faced any problems. I’ve already told my friends and family about it, and they’ve bought one too. Big thanks to Conservatoryland!

I had my conservatory completed less than two months ago, and I've noticed mould all over the timber inside the walls. Initially, I spotted some dampness and reached out to Conservatoryland to share my concerns. They told me to get in touch with the installer. Conservatoryland is dodging responsibility for the issue at hand. I’ve had builders come by to assist with the interior work, and they suggested I should contact the folks who sold me the product to deal with the dampness that’s now led to mould everywhere in the conservatory.

I also asked for an engineer to come and assess the situation, but I was told I’d need to cough up more cash for that. I can’t finish the job because no builder wants to take it on with mould all over a project that’s only two months old. The installer has been here twice and told me to just keep the window open all the time. He acknowledged that water is leaking through the walls where the fake bricks are attached to the aluminium inside. I’ve made it clear that this isn’t what I expected for a construction job that cost around £18,000. Right now, it feels like I’ve thrown my money away, and I’m left to deal with a problem I can’t fix on my own, all while I can’t enjoy what I paid for.

I got amazing service from beginning to end, it fit my budget and even went beyond what I was hoping for once the conservatory was complete! Huge thanks! Also, a shoutout to Callum, as he was the one I interacted with the most; he created the designs for me and was super nice to talk to on the phone overall.

From beginning to end, our journey with Conservatoryland was fantastic. Rhys, who handled sales and design, was superb. The communication after placing our order was smooth and consistent, and the manufacturing speed matched what was promised. The local installer and his crew were wonderful at keeping us in the loop, and it was a pleasure having them around—clearly experts in their field.

We're absolutely loving our new area and are having a blast decorating it to make it feel like home.

I’m really happy with the sunroom; everything went smoothly, and all the materials showed up right on schedule. The installers came on time, accompanied by a rep from ConservatoryLand. They were super professional, courteous, and kept everything tidy—no issues whatsoever (knock on wood). If I had to point out one tiny thing, it’d be that ConservatoryLand ought to take a bit more responsibility for the installation since it’s one of their recommended teams. But honestly, we didn’t face any problems because they were so professional.

Sure, the conservatories are priced well, but when they assign an installer and things go south, they won’t take any blame. I’ve had one of their conservatories, and it’s been leaking non-stop for the past two years.

What’s even more concerning is the wooden floor they provide. They advise you to keep it indoors before installation to prevent it from getting wet. Well, mine’s been soaked for the last two years. I’m starting to wonder how much longer it can hold up.

Sadly, their response is that your contract is with the installer if issues arise. The installer has vanished and no longer takes on their jobs. So, what am I supposed to do now?

Their answer? "We only supply the conservatory." Fantastic, right?

If I could, I’d return the conservatory and ask for a refund because it’s been nothing but trouble since I got it.

Avoid this place... Consider yourself warned.

I'm really thrilled with my new conservatory. From the first order to the delivery, the team at Conservatoryland was super helpful and nice to work with. Since my builder had never assembled a conservatory before, he found the entire process pretty straightforward. Each piece was labeled and matched up with the diagrams provided, turning what seemed like a tough task into something quite manageable.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new conservatory, but what really stood out was the installer. Stan Lawrence is not just fantastic at what he does; he's also a really nice guy. He went above and beyond for us. His dedication and meticulousness in his work are remarkable, and we can't express our gratitude enough for the amazing job he did.

All in all, we were quite happy with everything from the initial planning to the setup of the conservatory. At every stage, the agents provided us with blueprints for various models and a breakdown of costs, which really helped us during the planning phase. Our installer, Stan L, was super friendly, professional, and got the conservatory fitted up in no time.

I had a positive experience with Conservatoryland. Their installation method is quite unique and there's no mess, so everything's been going well. Callum made a great impression on me; he set up a solid deal and really paid attention to what I needed. He also factored in my opinions and desires during the design process. All in all, I'm really pleased with the entire experience.
